Marie-Louise was the vocal coach for eight years for Billie Joe of Green Day. She has also coached Kristy Cates who is now appearing on Broadway in “Wicked”
Marie-Louise is also an accomplished alto sax and clarinet performer, having taught Woodwind classes at S.F. State College, performing with the S.F. When interviewed for "Business of the Year" the reporter asked "Have you been a music instructor in the area for quite ahwile?" Have any of your students gone on to bigger and better things? We are proud to answer yes and list the following students of Fiat Music: Kristy Cates as Elphaba in "Wicked." Billy Joe of Green Day (recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame) and Denzel Foster (producer of the group, En Vogue).
